Treasure Island, Danzante Island
$95
Operated by Blue Nation
Description
Danzante is the smallest, yet one of the most intrincate islands within the Loreto Bay National Park. Its steep, rugged profile, and the complexity of its coastline has created dozens of inlets, coves, rock formations and secluded beaches that we can visit in one single trip!
We will stop in Secret Beach, and idilical cove, protected by the coastal mountains, and flanked with rocky ledges and undercuts, where we can stroll and snorkel. We will continue sailing around the island, visiting the famous “Ventana” (window in spanish), and great arch carved in the rock by the sea, and some other intersting landmarks like Roca Submarino (submarine rock). Towards the end of the tour, we will stop in Honeymoon Cove, one of the most pristine, secluded bays in the entire island, that will receive us with its colorful contrast between the red rocks on its cliffs, white sand and turquoise waters.
The way back to Loreto is equally scenic, since we will approach the mainland’s coast to see the bays, islets, and look for dolphins and mobula rays.
