GoExplorer.Guide — Sustainable Tourism Platform

1. SERVICE IDENTITY

GoExplorer.Guide (hereinafter, "the Platform") is a digital directory and interactive map dedicated to promoting nature, adventure, culture, and sustainable tourism in Baja California Sur, Mexico. The Platform is operated by GeoHub Solutions.

Important: GoExplorer.Guide is not a travel agency or an OTA (Online Travel Agency). We do not manage bookings, process payments between travelers and operators, or act as intermediaries in transactions.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The Platform centralizes information about experiences, services, accommodations, dining, and tourism events.
Travelers explore the map, discover activities, and contact operators directly through the public contact details provided on each listing (WhatsApp, phone, social networks, email, website).
All communication, negotiation, booking, and payment between traveler and operator occur outside the Platform, directly between the parties.

3. REVENUE MODELS AND PRODUCTS

GoExplorer.Guide funds its operation and development through the following products and services:

Explorer Pass: A digital pass for travelers that unlocks exclusive discounts on selected experiences across the Platform.
Premium Plans for operators: Monthly or annual subscriptions that provide increased visibility, featured placement, and advanced promotional tools.
Travel guides, publications and merchandising: Sale of digital and print travel guides, route maps and products related about destinations.
Advertising and strategic partnerships: Promotional spaces for brands and organizations aligned with responsible tourism.
Collaborative support and destination promotion grants: Subsidies and alliances with destinations to drive sustainable platform growth.

4. OPERATOR REGISTRATION

4.1 Requirements

Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.
Operate legally within Mexican territory.
Provide truthful, updated, and complete information.

4.2 Free Listing

Basic registration in the directory is free and does not generate commissions per booking or per contact.
The operator is responsible for the accuracy of the published information: descriptions, prices, schedules, photographs, videos, and contact details.
The operator retains at all times the copyright and intellectual property rights over their images, texts, and multimedia content.

4.3 Operator Dashboard

Each registered operator has access to a private control panel where they can:

View statistics about visits to their listing, clicks to their WhatsApp/website, and traffic sources.
Access lead data and inquiries generated by their profile.
Manage their login information and access credentials.
Request the complete deletion of their account and associated data at any time, without penalty or additional cost.

5. PUBLICATION CRITERIA AND MODERATION

GoExplorer.Guide reserves the right not to promote, publish, or give visibility to activities, services, or businesses that:

Contravene the principles of sustainable and regenerative tourism.
Harm or disturb the natural environment, including marine, terrestrial, or protected area ecosystems.
Do not respect animal welfare, promoting invasive interactions, feeding of wildlife, exhibition of animals in inadequate captivity, or any practice of animal abuse or exploitation.
Harm local communities, their traditions, rights, or cultural heritage.
Contribute to overtourism, destination saturation, or degradation of natural resources.
Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information for travelers.
Promote illegal activities or activities requiring permits that have not been obtained.

The decision to reject, suspend, or remove a listing will be communicated to the operator with an explanation of the reasons. In case of demonstrable correction, the operator may request a review.

6. EXPLORER PASS

The Explorer Pass is an optional digital product aimed at travelers that offers discounts and exclusive benefits on selected experiences.
Operator participation is completely voluntary. No operator is obligated to offer discounts or be part of the Explorer Pass.
Operators who decide to participate freely set the conditions of their offer (discount percentage, type of benefit, validity, restrictions).
GoExplorer.Guide may request that deals offered be exclusive to Explorer Pass holders, meaning they are not available through the operator’s other sales channels. This ensures the value of the pass for travelers.
GoExplorer.Guide does not process traveler payments to operators nor charge commission for bookings made through the Explorer Pass.

7. PREMIUM PLANS (OPTIONAL)

Operators may purchase Premium visibility plans with monthly or annual fees.
The benefits, pricing, and conditions of Premium plans are specified in the corresponding section of the Platform and in individual commercial agreements.
Purchasing a Premium plan does not exempt the operator from compliance with these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Operators grant GoExplorer.Guide a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the images, texts, and videos provided, solely within the Platform and its official promotional channels (social media, newsletters, travel guides).
This license remains active while the operator’s listing is live on the Platform.
The operator may request removal of their content at any time, except for pending legal obligations.

9. USER CONDUCT

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Not use operator contact information for spam, harassment, or unfair competition purposes.
Not publish false, defamatory, discriminatory, or rights-infringing content.
Not attempt to access systems, data, or restricted areas of the Platform without authorization.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GoExplorer.Guide is not liable for:

The quality, safety, punctuality, or fulfillment of services provided by listed operators.
Cancellations, changes, refunds, or disputes between travelers and operators.
Damages, losses, injuries, or harm arising from the use of tourism services contracted outside the Platform.
Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results in terms of visibility, contacts, or commercial conversions.

11. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites (operators, destinations, news). We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and assume no responsibility for them.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the corresponding update date. For substantial modifications, we will notify registered operators by email at least 15 days in advance.
