Espíritu Santo can be visited throughout the year, although conditions and the best experience vary depending on the activity.

October–December: CONANP identifies this period as the recommended season for visiting the protected area.

Winter: Cooler temperatures and water conditions make a wetsuit useful for many water activities.

Spring & Summer: Warmer conditions are well suited to beach activities and exploration, although heat and sea conditions should be considered.

Marine wildlife sightings and interactions are never guaranteed. Seasonal restrictions may also apply to specific sites and activities.
