Fiestas Patronales Los Pozos 2024

The Mayor of Los Cabos, Christian Agúndez Gómez, has invited the population to participate in the Traditional Festivities in honor of San Francisco de Asís “Los Pozos 2024”, to be held on October 3 and 4. An event that seeks to keep local customs alive through a varied program of religious, cultural and recreational activities.

In this regard, members of the Organizing Committee informed that the celebrations will begin on Thursday October 3rd with a walk from Cabo San Lucas to Los Pozos, starting at 17:00 hours and later as part of the religious festivities, a wake will be held in honor of St. Francis of Assisi in the chapel of the community at 21:00 hours.

“For the last day, Friday the 4th, at 10:00 a.m. there will be a horseback ride from Cabo San Lucas to the community of Los Pozos leaving from the bridge on the road to La Candelaria next to the Municipal Cemetery II; then at 2:00 p.m. a mass will be celebrated in honor of St. Francis of Assisi and at 4:00 p.m. there will be a lunch for those attending, in addition to equestrian games,” said members of the Organizing Committee.

Finally, members of the Los Pozos 2024 Traditional Festivities Committee commented that to conclude the celebration there will be an artistic program and the crowning of Queen Rosita and Princess Prisila starting at 8:00 pm.
