From our field to your table. Flora's Field's cuisine is all about handcrafted food made with fresh ingredients from our farm. Our goal is to create a healthy family meal with a sense of place. Flora's original restaurant was in San Jose del Cabo. After 5 years in town, and the farm serving as the restaurant's main supplier, the owner decided he would prefer to bring the restaurant to the farm rather than the other way around. Flora's Field Kitchen strives to serve only what we make, raise and grow. Our menu is seasonal, with some perennial classics. All meats served at Flora's Field Kitchen come from our nearby 150-acre ranch where the animals are humanely raised on diets that do not include hormones or antibiotics, and we do not offer beef on the menu as it is not sustainable and there is not enough water down.

Sustainability Practices & Achievemets
We work Flora Farm largely by hand, turning the soil minimally or not at all, instead nourishing it from the top down with layers of compost, mulch, and decomposing cover crops. We rotate our crops to keep the soil healthy and to help with insect control, we believe in companion planting. We only fumigate as needed with natural substances, such as chili pepper, herb, and garlic essences.
